21 hlm This study aimes to analyze and evaluate the general and competitive factors of Victoria’s external environment as starting point for formulation and adjustment of corporate-level strategy due to the external challenges resulted by pandemic COVID-19, the revolution of industry 4.0, globalization, and other signficant business enviroment. The research applied qualitative approach and used secundary data that were collected electronically. The result of the study shows that external environment of Bank Victoria is favorable for business banking. The analysis of competitive profile demonstrates that Bank Victoria gets the highest score in relation to its two competitors. The result of this study is recommended to be considered as as a complementary element to internal factor evaluation for bank management in the formulation or reformulation of corporate-level startegy.
